  • Our showroom is located at Unit 21a Mitton Street, Stourport on Severn, Worcestershire, DY13 9AG. You can find us on Google Maps.

  • We’re open from Monday to Friday: 10am to 4pm, Saturday: 10am to 2pm, Closed on Sundays and public holidays.

  • No! Our showroom is open to the public, and no appointment is necessary. However, we do offer appointments to discuss a service in-depth you're interested in.

  • Yes! We can accommodate out of hours appointments on request, if you can’t attend the showroom within our opening hours.

  • While we do not have on-site parking, our neighboring Tesco Superstore kindly allow parking, we’re located just across from the Tesco entrance on Mitton Street.

  • You can schedule an appointment by emailing us or calling us on 01299 660 445.

  • You’ll receive one on one assistance from our team, a chance to explore our collections in person, and personalized recommendations based on your requirements.

  • All items are made to order, some can items (i.e personalised gifts/balloons) can be ready in as little as 1-hour or within 1-3 days.

  • We accept cash, credit/debt cards and mobile payments.

  • Some limited edition items may only be available in the showroom. You’ll also get first access to new arrivals.
